One of the biggest things which is giving rise in musculoskeletal pains is our sedentary lifestyle. The likelihood of having pain can be decreased by including activities that strengthen and stabilizes the back, neck, and core muscles.

Obesity and Weight Gain

Nowadays as we know that our Musculoskeletal health has been significantly impacted by the result of obesity and weight gain in modern society. Overweight and obese person tends to have greater stress on their joints especially the spine, which results in even more pain and discomfort. The stress on our joints is reduced when we maintain a healthy weight through a balanced diet and regular exercise.

There are several things of this modern lifestyle that are to be blamed for the increase in back, neck, and other musculoskeletal pains and aches. We might control and prevent such pains by making people aware and taking care of these issues. A healthy musculoskeletal system can be achieved by doing regular exercises, maintaining a healthy weight, managing your stress, maintaining a good posture, including movements into daily activities, and exercising regularly and consistently.
